I've got a sick little girl at home, so I'll be out today! Please welcome Mme. Bastarache. Here are a few things she'll need to be filled in on:
- our compliments system - how we do maths mentales - how the classroom should look at the end of the day. - if you bring in your Sandspit money and/or permission form, make sure your name is checked off. Today's homework: 1. Read in English at home 2. Study your vocabulary words! 3. Finish up the math and vocabulary worksheets started in class tomorrow. We will finish our safety course tomorrow. 2. Study your English vocabulary words. This is our last spelling quiz of grade 5! 3. We are reviewing probability in math today. In your math manual, one pages 324 and 325, do numbers 19, 20, 21, and 22. 1. We have enough compliments for our sale! On Monday, we wil:
- have a class sale (participation is optional) - We will award the highest earner in the class - We will also a pyjama day! 2. Finish your reading (100 minutes) for Monday 3. Bring in your money and permission forms for Monday. 4. We start our safety course on Monday. 1. Please scroll down to see the math homework for tonight.
2. We will be having our vocabulary quiz tomorrow (names of the provinces and territories in French). 3. Read in French at home. 4. Permission forms and 11$ are due for Sandspit. 5. Sports day is tomorrow! Please dress appropriately for the weather, and bring sunscreen and water. 1. Don't forget - this week we are reading at home in French and studying our French vocabulary words.
