1. We are reading for 100 minutes at home this week. 2. For math we will get a chance to finish our work in class. If not, we should complete it at home. Here is our math work for the week: Monday: pages 60 and 61 Tuesday: pages 62 and 63 Wednesday: pages 64 and 65 Friday: worksheet Math quizzes: I am sending home some very late math quizzes! Please take a moment to look them over and let me know if you have any questions. We will be having another math quiz on Monday, May 6.

Keep up your 100 minutes of reading at home! We are doing really well on our reading - there are still some students who are forgetting to get it done, but most people are! I will be sending home two math quiz marks this week, and students can check out their marks for their slideshow on google classroom. In math this week we are working on telling time!

Once again, here is the homework for the week. Please not that we have a very small math quiz on Tuesday (only four questions!). Students can continue to choose their reading this week - just be sure to mark down the 100 minutes in their green duo tang. Monday: Math sheet started in class Tuesday: No homework - we'll concentrate on our quiz. Wednesday: pages 54 and 55 Thursday: Worksheet I've been having some issues with keeping up with the blog this week, so I thought I'd post this week's homework all at once! The kids have a copy of this in their green duo-tangs.
- This week (and from now on) students may choose their own books in French or English. There will be some special cases (with guided reading or with book clubs) where they may have books to read at home, but other than that they can choose. They still need to read for 100 minutes and record their books. - Math this week: Monday - math sheet Tuesday - pages 74 and 75 Wednesday - no math Thursday - pages 76 and 77 Important dates to remember: Wednesday, April 10 - we are going to the Confederation Centre for the day. Students should bring bagged lunches with them. If you have not already done so, please sign the permission form. Friday, April 12 - no school! 1. We tried coding today!
