Sorry for the delay, everyone! I couldn't get onto the blog at school for some reason.
Tomorrow is PYJAMA DAY! I will serve a small treat. Students can wear their pyjamas, bring in stuffed animals and anything else to make their day a little cozier. 1. We are reading in English this week! Your child will have brought home an assigned book today. We will switch up the book on Thursday. 2. New vocabulary words this week! I will post all the lists tomorrow. 3. Maths - many of us didn't get a chance to finish up our math at school. We should do pages 32 and 33. Students can skip #3 on page 33, as it is group work. 4. Keep the fundraising orders coming in!

Apologies for the lateness of this post!
1. 100 minutes of reading in French (due Tuesday) 2. October 10 is picture day! 3. Please keep bringing in the fundraiser forms. Today the students voted on a "class treat" based on our compliments (they can explain this to you!) We achieved our goal of 60 compliments, and therefore Wednesday will be a pyjama day with treats from me. Students are also welcome to bring in stuffies or blankets for a cozy reading period! I'm back! Today was mostly spent reviewing some concepts the students looked up while I was away. We are working hard on our subtraction. Some students have sheets to bring home tonight.
1. math sheet 2. Reading in French this week! 3. If you are able, please bring in items for the food bank. Our assembly will be tomorrow! 4. Catalogue orders. Bonjour les amis! Hello from Iceland. I will be home soon! Enjoy the next two days. On Tuesday you will all meet Mme. Brar, our new student teacher. Please make her feel welcome!
