We're almost to spring break! A few reminders for this week: - On Tuesday and Thursday we will be going to Rosedale park - On Wednesday we are skating at Cody Banks - There is no school on Friday Here's what we're up to this week: French In French, we are continuing to read "Sophie lance et compte." As we read Sophie lance et compte, we will be looking at figurative language in French. English In English, we will be looking at suffixes. I haven't updated our vocabulary words yet, but here's a Youtube video that explains suffixes: www.youtube.com/watch?v=qJx9E1Ed1Pc We are also starting to journal about persuasive texts. Some of the prompts we worked on are: -Should children have strict bedtimes? -Are zoos good or bad for animals? - Should students be required to wear uniforms? Maths We are starting division with remainder in math.
